1. COMPLETE THESE FEMA COURSES

Register for a FEMA Student Identification (SID) number and complete the following courses. Upload your certificates below.

IS-100.C Certificate Required

Upload FEMA IS-100.C (ICS-100) certificate.
IS-100.C An Introduction to the Command System

IS-200.C Certificate Required

Upload FEMA IS-200.C (ICS-200) certificate.
IS-200.C Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response

IS-700.B Certificate Required

IS-800.D Certificate Optional

Upload FEMA IS-800.D certificate if completed.

2. TAKE THE JBL TEST PREP

Log into your JBL account and score above 85% on your 150 questions JBL test prep. If you do not remember how to change it, please watch this video.

Upload your JBL exam score report.

3. SUBMIT PATIENT CONTACT RECORDS

Upload patient care reports from your EMT ride-along shifts. A minimum of 10 patient contacts is required. Maximum: 20 PCR files allowed.

4. CREATE A NREMT ACCOUNT

When you have completed the previous steps and paid off your balance, go to NREMT and create an account.

Once your account is made, click “Create Certification Application” and complete the process there.
